*Basis of weight : Vet. Record or Standard Breed Max Weight per Canadian Kennel Club, if not available, per American Kennel Club.
*Proof of current rabies vaccine is required, pls. bring along rabies tag or copy of rabies vaccine on day of visit.
*We currently don't service dog with pest(s) infestation (e.g., flea, ticks, lice)
*We require ONE DAY notice for appointment cancellation. We reserve the right to refuse future booking for clients with NO SHOW or SAME DAY appointment cancellation history.
